Brittany serves as Vice President, National Business Development for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company’s Boston National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Specializing in multi-site, multi-state transactions, she acts as a single point of contact for the issuance of title insurance. Brittany provides quote preparation, pricing strategy, and quality communication with her clients as well as the Boston NCS underwriting team. Prior to joining the Boston NCS, she worked for a major underwriter as an award winning national commercial sales representative guiding customers through local and national transactions. With a long history in sales, Brittany embraces the idea that client relationships are built on trust and hard work. She has been a speaker at new account manager sales training and enjoys acting as a mentor to new reps.

Brittany is currently involved in local chapters of CREW, NAIOP and ULI. Through these associations, Brittany follows one of her greatest passions: helping the next generation understand their opportunities and future in commercial real estate.
 
Brittany is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She resides in Concord, North Carolina with her husband and two sons. They love to spend time outdoors and getting together with extended family. They also enjoy the beach and watching football.
