Lynn serves as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Title Officer for Commonwealth Land Title's Boston National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She underwrites title insurance policies, organizes and closes real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings for single properties and multi-property portfolios for both local and national transactions

Prior to joining the NCS in 2020, Lynn worked as a paralegal for large real estate law firms and in the energy business in real estate matters. She has extensive experience working with opposing law firms, lending institutions, and title companies. Lynn also worked at another title company as a manager of a post-closing department.
