ABOUT MEGAN

Megan Fanning Rapone serves as Vice President, Sales and Commercial Counsel for Commonwealth Land Title's Boston National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Megan officially joined the company in 2013 as Litigation Counsel for Fidelity National Law Group – the in-house litigation department for Fidelity National Financial where she represented the company, its subsidiaries, and its insureds.  Notably, Megan successfully and quickly defended an insured owner against an easement claim from an abutter that was jeopardizing the insured's multi-million dollar hotel development.

In 2015, Megan began working for the Boston NCS operation focusing on large commercial transactions. Megan's varied experience in the title insurance industry allows her to anticipate potential problems and offer clients creative solutions in order to ensure a smooth closing.

Megan is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She is a member of CREW Network and The Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts (REBA). Megan received her B.A. from Providence College, and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School where she was Vice President of the Native American Law Students Association (NALSA) and member of the Indigenous Peoples Rights Clinic.
