Philip M. Saba serves as Vice President and Major Transactions Counsel for Commonwealth Land Title's Boston National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He joined the Company in 1997 and has closed many multi-site transactions, office tower complexes, electric generator facilities, and single-site commercial transactions including the John Hancock Tower, Northpoint development project, Clean Harbors acquisitions, and nursing home developments.  Phil's goal is to always provide the best client service possible in a timely and well informed manner.

Phil is a graduate of Bowdoin College and New England School of Law. Prior to joining the Company, Phil was an associate at a large downtown Boston firm and commercial counsel at another large, national title insurance company. Phil has given many continuing legal educations seminars from topics ranging from understanding the LLC to affirmative coverages and current ALTA forms usage.
