Stacey serves as Assistant Vice President, National Title Officer and Underwriter for Commonwealth Land Title's Boston National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She underwrites, closes, and insures diverse commercial real estate transactions, locally and nationally, including multifamily residential, hospitality, office, industrial, and multi-site transactions. Stacey anticipates potential problems and offers her clients creative solutions.
 
Prior to joining the Commonwealth NCS team in 2021, Stacey worked as an underwriter and senior commercial closing specialist for Stewart Title NCS, and as an operations coordinator and paralegal/production manager for First American. She is a member of CREW Boston. Stacey received her undergraduate degree from University of Massachusetts and her paralegal certificate from Northeastern University.
